What to expect at your next visit
All visits are by appointment only, including repairs and adjustments. We have spaced out appointments to ensure minimal contact between patients. The health of our staff, our patients and our community continue to be our priority. We have worked tirelessly to implement safety protocols as directed by the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
All Visits By Appointment Only
To minimize contact between patients and allow time for disinfection, we are spacing appointments apart, including pick ups and adjustments. Patients will be triaged based on urgent care needs.
Cleaning and Disinfecting
All of our team members have been trained on equipment disinfection and will be wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) when caring for patients. Each morning, they must also complete a mandatory health screening before coming to work.
Health Screening
All patients must complete a COVID-19 health screening prior to their appointment. Please stay home if you are unwell and contact your doctor, Telehealth (1-866-797-0000) or Toronto Public Health ( 416-338-7600) for more information. Appointments will be rescheduled.
New Check-In Procedure
When you arrive for your appointment, please park and call 416-447-2521 to be checked in while you wait in your car. The door will be locked. Waiting room chairs have been reduced to minimize patient interaction. We will call you when we are ready.
Mandatory Masks & Sanitizer
Upon entry you must wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for $2. And you will be required to sanitize your hands. Please arrive alone unless you require assistance.
White Glove Service
Our staff will assist you in finding the perfect frames. Feel safe trying on frames, as they have all been sanitized. After trying on frames, please place them in the marked trays for disinfection prior to re-shelving.

Dr. Yih Ling Chang attended the University of Waterloo and graduated with a Doctor of Optometry in 1996. Dr. Chang’s practice philosophy is based on getting to know each patient and customizing eye care to reflect the needs of her patients.
